Keynote Talks & Training
For conferences, leadership offsites, and organisational events, our keynote talks bring evidence-based insight into storytelling, communication, adaptability, and behaviour change. We translate complex ideas about human performance and AI into practical takeaways your audience can act on immediately.
What's Included
Each talk is tailored to your event's context and audience, typically running 30–60 minutes with an optional live Q&A or interactive exercise. We work with you beforehand through a short briefing call to align the content with your goals, culture, and the outcomes you want your audience to leave with. Talks can stand alone or open into a longer workshop for teams wanting to go deeper.

02
Scientific Research & Innovation
For the most ambitious organisations driving innovation, our research solutions provide the evidence base that accelerates innovation and value. Organisations grow by learning and understanding their customers, markets, and opportunities more deeply than before, and acting on that understanding. Evidence is what makes that learning reliable. It turns scattered signals into clear direction, so innovation isn't a matter of chance but a process you can repeat, sharpen, and scale.
What's Included
We start by identifying the key questions your organisation needs answered and exploring the gaps in understanding that sit between you and your next decision. From there, we select the research methods best suited to those questions.
Data collection is carried out rigorously, drawing on the sources most relevant to your context, whether that be customers, markets, internal teams, or industry data. Findings are then analysed and synthesised into clear outcomes, with a final report that presents the evidence, the analysis, and the implications for your organisation.
Each engagement can stand alone as a defined research project or extend into an ongoing research partnership for organisations that need continuous evidence to support their innovation strategy.

03
Strategy & Values
Alignment
For organisations seeking coherence and sustainable growth, our strategy and values alignment offers a clear path to shared direction.
Organisations grow strongest when what a company is trying to achieve and why it exists are working toward the same outcome. Misalignment shows up as friction: teams pulling in different directions, decisions that technically make sense but feel wrong, culture and ambition drifting apart. Alignment is what turns strategy from a document into something people actually live and act on.
What's Included
We begin by profiling individuals and teams against key performance indicators, such as strengths, working styles, capabilities, and drivers, using structured assessment tools tailored to your organisation's context.
From there, we analyse the results to identify patterns: where performance is strong, where potential is underused, and where gaps exist between current capability and what the organisation needs to grow. We then connect this picture to business outcomes, translating individual and team performance into a clear view of the value being created, and where more value could be unlocked.
Each engagement concludes with a report and debrief, giving you a clear picture of performance and value across your organisation, along with practical recommendations for development, deployment, or team design.
Engagements can stand alone as a one-off profiling exercise or extend into ongoing tracking as teams and roles evolve.

04
Behaviour Change & Change Management
For organisations that need change to actually take hold, our behaviour change and change management services turn desired outcomes into the everyday behaviours that make them real.
What's Included
We begin by clarifying the outcomes you want to achieve, then work backwards to identify the specific behaviours, such as individual, team, or organisational, that will drive those outcomes.
From there, we assess the determinants influencing those behaviours: the capability people have to act, the opportunities their environment provides or restricts, and the motivation driving or blocking change. This diagnostic step ensures interventions are targeted at root causes, not surface symptoms.
We then design interventions, whether that be training, environmental or process changes, incentives, communications, or leadership actions, mapped directly to the determinants identified, and support implementation to help change take hold in practice.
Each engagement concludes with a report and roadmap outlining the behaviours, determinants, and interventions involved, along with guidance for tracking progress over time.
Engagements can stand alone as a focused diagnostic and intervention design, or extend into ongoing implementation support as change embeds across the organisation.

Organisational Health Assessment
For organisations that want to perform at their best, our organisational health assessment answers a simple but critical question: Do your structures support the health and performance you need?
Structure shapes behaviour. How teams are organised, how decisions flow, how information moves, and how roles connect all influence whether an organisation performs well or struggles under its own weight. Often, performance issues that look like people problems are actually structural ones, the organisation is unintentionally working against itself. Understanding this relationship is the first step to building an organisation that supports, rather than hinders, the outcomes it's trying to achieve.
What's Included
We begin by discussing the right level to focus on, be that individuals, teams, departments, or the whole organisation.
We then use methods suited to that level, such as interviews or structured questionnaires, to understand how things are actually working, covering areas such as role clarity, communication, and decision-making.
We analyse the findings to identify what's supporting performance and what's putting it at risk.
We deliver a report and debrief setting out what we found and practical recommendations for addressing the risks.
The assessment can be a one-off or repeated over time to track how things change.
