My experience ranges from working with organisations such as the Finnish Defence Forces and the NHS, as well as supporting individuals with mental health challenges, students, golfers, and elite athletes. I have a comprehensive background in designing tailored, results-driven interventions that equip employees with the psychological tools necessary to thrive in their roles.
